Your Laundry Bag

Round up your dirty laundry and place it in any bag. Standard 13 gallon white kitchen bags are typically used and should hold around 15 pounds of clothes. You can meet our driver when they arrive, or place the bags at your door for a contactless pickup.

Schedule A Pickup

You can schedule online or through our app which is available in both the Apple and Google app stores. Choose your pickup and delivery time slots that work best for your schedule.

Your First Pickup

Our drivers start their routes at 8 am and may continue making pickups and drop-offs into the evening. On days when you're expecting a visit from us, we'll notify you by email, text, or through the Washed Laundry Co app (depending on your preferences) of your driver's arrival status.

Additional Pickup and Delivery Instructions

If our driver will need any special instructions to find your laundry - or gate or key codes - make sure to include that information in the “ Pickup Instructions” in your account.

Laundry Preferences

We promise to do your laundry exactly the way you want it done. We suggest you take a minute and review your detergent, softener, water temp, dryer temp, bleach, and dryer sheet options. Any additional concerns? Let us know in the “Preferences Notes”.

We’ll Stay In Touch

We understand that communication is critical, that’s why we provide you with frequent reminders and updates. You can decide what type of notifications you would like to receive and by what methods - email, text, or push. To receive text notifications, you’ll need to give us permission. To do so, just log into your account, go to “Notifications” and toggle the "Laundry Updates" options to “on”.

Stubborn Stains

If you have stained clothing, we recommend pretreating it to give us the best chance at getting it out.
